Purpose of the blog:
The purpose of HR Cognizance is to share the experiences of our writers who have worked/working or are aspiring a career in the HR field. Some of our guest writers are not from the HR field but have handled managerial roles where team and talent management is of utmost importance. There might be some references to things that we have studied in books, but more or less the articles will be based on the actual experiences of our writers. This blog also has the purpose of guiding the new entrants in understanding how the Human Resource department actually functions.
